My interactions with Zendesk's recruiters was phenomenal. Unfortunately, that's where the good interactions end. When I moved along the process, the hiring manager decided to play recruiter and vet my resume. Rather than focus on questions related to product management, the authenticity of my background was challenged. It was unprofessional and quite offensive.
