I number of calls with Recruiters, HRs, technical team, project manager, and many other people who actually shouldn't be even interested in the interviewing process.
The technical interview was fairly simple and engineers were very friendly. After implementing a test task I was asked to adjust it during the interview. This was easy as well.
After all those steps I received a feedback with very general and even ridiculous points such as
- You don't seem to be super keen to get this job;
- You asked only few questions;
- We afraid you may not like to work here.
Needless to say that later on I declined further invitations to interviews on other positions.

Question 1
Why Zendesk (given that I was found by a recruiter and told that it's a best place to work)
First there was a screening call with the recruiter, then a technical interview followed after and finally a pair programming session. Actually also a follow up call with the recruiter when the process was over with feedback.

Interview
I applied via employee referral. HR contacted me within the same week, asked for available dates for arranging the initial interview.
Interviews consist of the following steps:
- HR Interview (30 mins talk about your expectations, background check, and general talk)
- Meeting with Engineering Manager (1 hour technical & behavioral interview with the engineering manager, lots of questions iOS basics, your project management workflow and cultural fit)
- Onsite Interview
-- First Stage (Case-based design question, basic design, and architecture question about iOS environment which takes about an hour)
-- Second Stage (Pair programming session with designing an iOS application from scratch which takes about two hours)
I really had fun during the interviews but I couldn't get the offer. During the process, everyone was friendly, humble and kind. I really am happy to be interviewed by this company. I hope our paths will cross again in the future.
