I was referred through my network for a position. Initially had a phone screen with a recruiter - straight forward questions on experience and what I was looking for. From there I had a demo with the hiring manager. This could deter some folks as you don't learn too much about the job before putting in some work for the demo, but found this is normal procedure through other interviews I was on. Then I had my first in person with my manager, a peer, and my director. I really appreciated the chance to be one on one with a peer for the ins and outs of the job as well as understand the high level goals from the manager and director. The recruiter kept in touch shortly after to see how I felt about continuing and then provided feedback from in person. My third and last interview was with the VP and COO. I'm sure as they grow this will become less frequent but was happy to have the opportunity to ask more high level questions on the company growth and goals.
