I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Zendesk (Dublin, Dublin) in June 2021
Interview
1. Recruiter calls for a brief chat to understand fitment, salary and location expectations
2. This is followed by a 30 min interview with the hiring manager to talk more about the role and fitment based on current experience
3. If the hiring manager gives a go ahead, then you get a case study to present on, which is followed by its presentation to the panel and 3-4 more rounds with various stakeholders.- engg, design, other PMs.
Overall very good and positive experience. Everyone was very nice and warm. Special thumbsup to recruiters - Biance, Shauna and Kinga- for being super responsive and helpful.
