They don’t really test on what you’ll be working on once hired. Also, there is a take-home coding exercise that will be ignored in the following interview, instead, you need to do a couple of algorithmic challenges in a short live coding round which is stupid and not part of every day's work.

I got rejected after the coding test so don't know the process beyond it.
