I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zendesk (London, England) in July 2024
Interview
The manager leading the interview was TWENTY minutes late. No message, no updates, nothing. For the record, tardiness is a huge deal for me. I honestly think if a senior sales person cannot keep time (without a good reason), they should honestly be fired. I generally give customers a grace period of ten minutes. But colleagues? Not great.
Anyway, I called the hiring manager at 15 minutes, and they seemed confused. They said they’d chase the manager up. Finally, the manager joined me with a “Sorry, I lost track of time!” To make things worse, they then seemed very rushed and unprepared, sitting in their kitchen at home, so I assume they’d been cooking. But then the attitude was unreal. Needless to say it was rushed and full of friction, I literally did not hear back but honestly would not accept an offer. The least professional, disorganized experience I've had when interviewing with a company. Terrible.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Zendesk (Ciudad de Mexico) in Sept 2025
Interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Zendesk (Orlando, FL) in Feb 2022

The interview process took about a month and consisted of 4 total calls. Overall was a great process focused on organizational fit. Final interview was straight forward with panel interview focused on territory plan and deal review.
