If I had to describe the entire process with one word, it would be "wow" - and I'm not just saying that because I received an offer and decided to accept.
The process took a little over a month and not once was there a single time where I didn't know what was going on. There was always some kind of correspondence before and after each step, so I didn't fall into the dark abyss of ambiguity which is so often the case when you are interviewing.
Being someone who understands recruiting really well, this is something very difficult to do even at a small scale.
