I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at athenahealth (Watertown, MA) in Jan 2015
Interview
Very lengthy. Met with many people, many of whom did not seem very experienced at interviewing. Had a 30 minute gap in the middle of interviews where I was just left in a small conference room. It is odd to hear dogs barking in the middle of your interview, but at least you're very clear on the corporate culture!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Lots of "tell me about a time..." questions. Very stock, and very repetitive. Not much imagination to them, and I didn't find the follow up questions particularly strong.
Standard initial phone Interviews screening. Did not get moved to the next round so cannot speak on that behalf. Communication was done via email in which also use a calendar portal to setup times to meet the register
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at athenahealth (Bengaluru) in Apr 2021
Interview
Interview process was really smooth. All the interviews were conducted at the given date and time. Post interviews HR updated the status and kept well informed about the next rounds and lastly offer rollout time.
