I had a phone screen with a recruiter. After that, I had a second interview with two members of the onboarding team via video call. The initial phone screen was very easy but you definitely need to prepare for it. The second interview was a little bit more difficult. Asked a lot of behavioral questions. I did not get the job and said that they went with another applicant and that I should reapply next time. Two weeks later the same job was reposted, I reached out to the 3 recruiters that I spoke with, and.... they ghosted me. Upsetting is an understatement to describe feeling ghosted by a company that you really want to work for.
