First round skype interview with HR, all very informal questions and a relatively relaxed environment. The main purpose of this interview is to learn about the candidate's personality and see if they would be a good fit for the office. Then, about three days later I got a second round interview in Watertown, MA. That was more formal, with four different behavioral interviews with a variety of members of the Payer Performance team. Overall, the experience was great, and it taught me a lot about their culture and the goals of their team.
