I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at easyJet (Luton, East of England, England) in June 2012
Interview
At first I had to apply online. CV and cover letter needed, also 3-4 competency based questions. Then there were 2 online test by SHL (numerical and logical reasoning tests). At the final stage I was invited to the Easyjet Academy where there was a personal interview with CV based and Competency questions, a group exercise and a presentation with theme "how can easyjet be the biggest short haul airline company in Europe".

Interview
Starts with an application online, you will be required to do a couple of online exercises which you can practice a couple of times before. Nothing really complicated.
Once you pass this stage, you will be asked to record yourself answering a couple of questions.
Next and final step is the Assessment Center. The environment is really relaxed and you will have to do a couple of group exercises in order to demonstrate different skills, such as leadership, work with peers, industry knowledge... Then you will be given a topic and an amount of time to prepare it. This will be presented to two interviewers which will ask you why you made that decision and challenge it.
Finally, there is a personal interview, which is mostly for them to understand if you are a fit for the company.
