it was a normal interview. The CEO put his best foot forward at the interview then lost the ability to manage his company after that it was all downhill. CEO hires based on time put into the process instead of skills.

Very nice and friendly. environment seemed very laid back. The interviewer was very knowlegable and knew exactly what she was looking for. And although i didn't get the position, they were quick to get back to me with their decision.
