In my opinion, there are no rules, none of the employees get along and CEO "does not want to get involved", daily verbal altercations with profanity. I am not an expert but it is a very unsafe place to work due to the numerous OSHA violations that I believe are taking place daily; broken and unstable pallets on the third tier of the shelves and employees hitting the walls with forklifts and no drug testing involved. If the customers new that they were repacking their items in the back room in the shipping bay in a non-sanitary area they would not buy from IFI.
