Logistics interview questions shared by candidates
I was given a non traditional segment of drivers for Uber (think retiree's or mothers with young children wanting to work flexible hours) and asked to go through the process of identifying the segment, estimating size and cost for developing a strategy for getting the message out and engaging them.
If you make it through to the GM/Regional Manager interview you're probably going to be able to cover that off. For the internationals, check out what sort of new Uber products are in the pipeline or being rolled out in the states (it generally happens first in SF or NYC) because those are the kind of strategy questions you're going to be asked about
