I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Montreal, QC) in June 2015
Interview
I applied online and received an invitation to interview within 2-3 weeks. The interview is a group interview and depending on what store you are applying too, they might make you do a little bit of yoga before. The yoga itself I didn't mind but the whole group interview atmosphere is unnecessary. It is essentially 15 girls (or guys but none in my case) competing to see who has the best answers and who can answer them first. It does not give everyone the chance to showcase themselves which I found unfair.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
