I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Toronto, ON) in July 2016
Interview
Went to a group interview with two other people, which was nerve wrecking because one was a teacher and yoga activist and the other was a yoga teacher/marathon runner. I, myself am new to yoga and have never run a marathon. They sit you down in a yoga studio and have you pick questions out of a pile to answer, and then ask some others.
I was selected to come in store for an interview, which asked some questions about scenarios of my previous job and what I did in those scenarios. They're all so down to earth and nice, which made me feel very comfortable.
I received a phone call and was offered the job! It was surprising, but I am beyond happy.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
