The process is very direct and open. They want to know about your goals and look for people who will take initiative and are people driven. Overall a great experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at lululemon (Palo Alto, CA) in June 2016
Interview
Very fun and easy going. I had a one on one in a coffee shop and it was like I was meeting with a friend. Make sure you are focused on goals and be very up beat and friendly. This is a company all about positive vibes and self motivation. Make sure to talk about your intentions in the company, do you want this long term? They also want to know that you care about meeting financial goals in the company, they are huge on meeting daily goals and monthly goals (that's how you get paid more)
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear the process felt open and direct—creating meaningful connections and understanding each candidate’s goals is important to us. We appreciate your thoughtful feedback and are happy to know it was a positive experience overall.

Interview
Casual Interview in an informal setting. More to get to know you more on a personal level and see your fit for the role. Interview was light hearted and non-stressful.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time where you faced a difficulty in your current role and how did you overcome it?
Set questions and behavioral based. You don’t need direct experience either. They look for positive attitudes and good leaders. You’ll be fine if you speak professionally and positively. There are usually several rounds of interviews
