Incredibly poor communication between the store managers district managers and regional. The interview process initially began with the phone interviews and emails that were not answered for weeks on end. When I finally did get a "interview" it was with someone who was not within the same position I was even applying. The company goes off of a feel in a yoga class???, not off of tenured management and appropriate questions aimed for the position.

Question 1
There were no real questions other than what outside activities do you do??
I applied online. I interviewed at lululemon (Las Vegas, NV)
Interview
You can expect the questions are the typical interview questions, up until they will dig into your experience, which is something you can't expect or prepared but since it's all about you and they're quite personable you will have to navigate the interview to how your experiences are, ex: tell me about a time when ABC happens, lots and lots of situational questions. Overall very positive I thought I did great but no offer unfortunately.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Arlington, VA) in Sept 2024
Interview
Interviews were all virtual via Zoom. Met various leaders. All were prompt, professional, and kind. They appeared passionate about the company and were down to earth, regardless of title. I enjoyed meeting them.
Very thorough and interviewers were very personable and got to know be personally and professionally. Didn't just ask cookie cutter questions and got to know my leadership style. Went through multiple round of interviews and interviewed with many different people from the business.
