I applied online. I interviewed at lululemon (Princeton, NJ) in July 2014
Interview
Very relaxed and informal interview. Did the group interview along with another applicant. We did a lot of group activities between the three of us including telling two truths and a lie as an ice breaker. The Interviewer was sweet. Called back for a one-on-one interview with another employee the following week. She was also very sweet, asked me about my strengths and weaknesses, and asked about my 5 year plan and 10 year plan. Called back for a third interview with the manager for the following week. It was supposed to be a group yoga class with an interview after, but I accepted another job before the interview could happen. Overall an interesting process. I wore Lulu clothing to each interview.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
