I applied online and received an email a few days later inviting me to a group interview. The interview itself was laid back and super easy, just make sure to be outgoing and make your answer heard. A week after the first interview I was invited back for a second group interview. After talking casually for 30 more minutes, they told us that their store was actually at capacity and they weren't hiring at this moment, which was definitely not what they said in the first round. Kind of disappointing as I had wasted hours traveling to the store and interviewing.
