Definitely set up to weed out the individuals who are not like the others. Lululemon desires their employees to live and breath the company. They seem not too keen on their people having an outside life. Lots of expectations to do work related activities off the clock. Great job for the younger, single set.
Good experience! People were nice, three interviewee only. I was asked about doing self introduction and some questions about service and teamwork. I feel like things went well but don’t know if I can get a offer
group interview with 3-4 people, 50 mins long and they ask around 6-7 question. people take turns to answer and it was a pretty good experience. but i would say its good to prepare before hand.
It was a short sales interview asking about the sales experience, ideas, history, Lululemon products. Customers, and methods, and team dynamics, team work, team leadership. Overall it was a regular sales interview that I do not recall very well at this exact moment.
