I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at lululemon (Mississauga, ON) in June 2019
Interview
Applied online and received an email invite a couple days letter for a group interview. Attended interview, there was maybe about 10 of us attending (which was a bit much in my opinion). The posting was for full time and in the interview they said they were “going to be up front and honest” and said it was for seasonal part time, but they are taking seasonal full time. After the group interview, we took a tour which was great, facility was amazing! They said they would be getting back to candidates with whom they wanted a 1-on-1 with, heard back that afternoon and went back in the next day. 1-on-1 was fine, asked pretty standard questions, said I’d hear back either way in a couple of days. I was offered the position, seasonal full time, but was told I wasn’t allowed more than 1 week off (I’m getting married) and that the hours I told them I was available was not allowed to change AT ALL during the contract.

Question 1
How many times is it acceptable for someone to be late?
Scenario question - Someone calls in and says that their tracking on the package says it was shipped, but they don’t have it at their house. What do you do?
They ask if you were dealing with a difficult customer how would you handle it and tell me about a past experience when you suggested something to a company to make it better
The interview was a very simple process. Amazing group interview and than individual, staff was very nice, asked more questions about yourself. It was a pleasure Pros: Nice, easy, smooth Cons: LONG PROCESS
I believe there was a phone interview. There was also a group interview involved that you came in person for and they asked questions to the group and you could jump in to answer at any point. Then got request for availability shortly after the interview
