Apply in-store during a slow period of time. They might interview you on the spot or invite you to a group interview. They will then do at least one 1-1 interview with a hiring manager. Make sure you understand their commitment to community and their core values. The more you know about the company and the store the more likely you will be hired (ex. Store's ambassadors or affiliated studios).

iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
