      FM Position Interview

      20 Dec 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at lululemon

      Interview

Applied and the initial HR call came quick and our conversation was great! She was excited to move me to the next step which was a few days later. Next round would be with the person I was to report to and he was 20mins late (I had to contact HR to see what was up). He obviously did not read my resume and he called me by the incorrect name. He asked very general questions and it was clear he wanted a YES candidate. He rarely had his camera on so there was a sensory advantage and he said we had to cut it short as we were short on time per his schedule (reminder: he was 20 mins late for a 30min interview). It was a rushed conversation with an unprofessional manager. It could have been a lot better if I wasn't rushed.
