You speak the the recruiter/screener hiring for the department, then I met with an EA manager followed by a group panel of EAs the person hired would work with as part of a team. The first 2 rounds went great but you could feel the clique vibe during the panel. Seemed like they were more interested in personality rather than experience but understandable considering how they are structured
