The y were very methodical and the interview schedule was very uniformed and well sequenced. I went through 5 rounds of interviews and made it to the final round. I got timely feedback on every round except for when I was not selected for the job. I had to reach out more than once to finally get the feedback that I was not selected.
I would describe the interview process as below: everyone I spoke to was friendly and had multiple rounds. The location was based in Canada so they did a good job of explaining what living in Canada was like
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon in July 2021
Interview
Efficient and quick response until final round. Talent management manager was friend. Then panel interviews with HR director and another director. Final round was with MD. It felt casual but it was hard to match their "culture" requirements.
