Chitchat like having conversations with friends and staff , normally asking bout personal experiences. Can speak in multiple languages. No need to prepare. After four questions and you can go
The interview was held in a group interview style (about 12 individuals in total) we went one by one answering questions posed by the interviewer. I found it to be be intimidating because it leads to you actively comparing your answers to the other people also interviewing

I applied online and they will contact you for a group interview. You will be asked for a second interview with the store manager if they like your answers. Overall, the interviews are pretty relaxed and they asks standard questions.
