I applied online. I interviewed at lululemon (Toronto, ON) in Sept 2023
Interview
The most bizarre interview process I have ever experienced. Key Leader required a total of 3 interviews with hypothetical questions and past experiences (that you may have never even experienced); not relevant to your personal skills or the job requirement. Unfortunately seemed to prioritize politics instead of your abilities to accomplish the job. Questions are definitely intentional.

Question 1
Name a time someone felt left out? (using diversity & inclusion strategies), Name a time someone wasn't working/doing their job and what do you say?
The process is very direct and open. They want to know about your goals and look for people who will take initiative and are people driven. Overall a great experience.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear the process felt open and direct—creating meaningful connections and understanding each candidate’s goals is important to us. We appreciate your thoughtful feedback and are happy to know it was a positive experience overall.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at lululemon (Singapore) in Oct 2025
Interview
Casual Interview in an informal setting. More to get to know you more on a personal level and see your fit for the role. Interview was light hearted and non-stressful.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you faced a difficulty in your current role and how did you overcome it?
Set questions and behavioral based. You don’t need direct experience either. They look for positive attitudes and good leaders. You’ll be fine if you speak professionally and positively. There are usually several rounds of interviews
