I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at lululemon in Nov 2023
Interview
The first interview was super easy and chill. Just a group interview, they just wanted to see our vibes.
Was called on the same day for a second interview for the very next day.
That one was a one on one talk with the manager and another girl. There the questions got kind of weird. They didn't care much about your knowledge on retail nor the brand, just behavioral questions on how you'd react in group situations. Not a singular personal question there (maybe because it was only for a seasonal position)

Question 1
(second interview questions)
-If you felt like you were getting bullied at work, how would you react? Tell me a situation where you felt that way at work or in life.
-What would you do if someone at work is getting bullied or left aside.
-Tell me about a time you had to integrate into a new work environment and how did you befriend them.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
