I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at lululemon (Calgary, AB) in June 2024
Interview
Applied online on Lululemon’s website, a couple days later I got an email asking to fill out an availability form, once that was submitted I was asked to attend an in person interview. The interview was to be a group interview but I was the only one there, there were two interviewers, very laid back conversation. Just asking behavioural questions for the most part.

Question 1
Tell me a time when you build trust with your teammates
After filling out numerous forms, emails, .. finally during the interview they tell you that the actual job has nothing to do with the job posting. Pemanent becomes seasonal, 8 hour shifts become 3 hours, benefits disappear and the fixed shift schedules becomes “whenever”. It’s a total scam, no ethics whatsoever, no respect for job seekers time and dignity.
