The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (La Jolla, CA) in June 2009
Interview
I had three interviews for an educator (sales) position. The first was a group interview with about 6 different candidates. They were most interested to see what you knew about the company culture, an upbeat personality and if you were an active person. The second interview was a 1:1 with a key leader, we went to a yoga class then had a thirty minute conversation about why I would be a good fit. The last interview was with the manager and assistant manager. By this time, you pretty much have the job they just want to speak to you once more. The whole process took about a month!
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
