it was an online group interview followed by a face to face individual interview. Interviewers are generally friendly and welcoming. There is a constant reminder that the role requires active engagement with customers and a steep learning curve related to product knowledge.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
