They had six candidates sitting in their conference room. They came in and told us about what they do, and why they were the best company in medical cannabis. Then they went on to explain how they run hundreds of websites, how they make so much money, and how their business model is so successful. They were really just blowing hot air, but I didn't find that out fast enough.

The interview process was 1 interview with the COO. They have no official process and if you have a pulse they will hire you because it doen't matter to them, they make no investment in their employees.
