3 days after applying, I was asked to "send us a short introduction video (max 1 minute) explaining what makes you the ideal person for [the role]." After crafting a script, practicing, recording, and sending the video, I was entirely ghosted. It's been well over a month since sending the video, and I never even got the courtesy of a rejection.
