      I don’t work there anymore.

      Cons

      Upper management that held employees as captive audiences while they overshared and trauma-dumped, and generally did not speak about work-related topics. CEO leads with a personal story about his “why” to starting the company while internally managing his team in an arbitrary, knee-jerk fashion that is heartless.

      Pros

      Great teams of people to work with. Strong platform and fun working with schools.

      Cons

      CEO is toxic. Fires people constantly for no cause. Says he doesn’t need cause. Asked a woman in her interview if she was planning on getting pregnant soon. Asked a gay male colleague about sexual positions in a team meeting. Just the total opposite of what you need in a leader. Especially when you’re running an SEL company. Little to no diversity on staff doesn’t help either.
