Gave a genuine example of 2 personnel who had a yelling match that I was within the vacinity of. Immediately intervened and separated the 2. Sat down with each individually to find out issues and history between the 2 then the following day sat down together and I mediated a conversation allowing each to share how they felt and any issues they had. Bringing the issues out in the open allowed us to create a plan moving forward both to respect the others feelings and perspective.
I used my past jobs, even jobs from my uni days to explain the different levels of stress that I have been exposed to. I also explained how these shaped who I was as a professional. I also went into detail with my experience in working across multiple projects to help strengthen my ability to multitask with the interviewers
