The interview questions were pretty basic and focused on my background. Nothing special. However, they were looking for a specific kind of candidate. The interview can be summarized into one question: Do you have execution experience.
Basic interview questions that you find on the internet. The TA constantly referenced the company's 3 core values - their website lists 5. I guess he doesn't agree with all of the values :)
Something like "if you throw out people in France, what's the problem there?" Or "we want to cut the costs of our outside counsel in half, although this guy worked for us for years and knows our firm inside out" etc. Real a-hole questions.
