Our Sales Cadet Program is designed to develop the next generation of MICM sales professionals. From day one, you will be supported by dedicated sales managers whose primary focus is coaching, mentoring, and building your capability.

We focus on developing real capability, not just confidence. You will be taught the systems, processes, and communication skills required for long‑term success in sales, within a structured and supportive environment. This role provides a clear foundation for progression into a Sales Associate position.

Your development journey
Throughout the program you will work closely with our established sales team and contribute across the sales process, including:

• Managing and entering sales leads into the CRM to ensure timely follow up
• Building and maintaining accurate buyer and vendor databases
• Assisting with buyer engagement and introducing suitable purchasers to listings
• Supporting vendor communication and assisting with weekly updates
• Working alongside the Marketing team to ensure campaign materials are accurate and delivered on schedule
• Conducting Open for Inspections, private appointments, and pre settlement inspections
• Delivering a consistently high level of customer service
• Completing administrative tasks that support strong sales outcomes

• Real Estate experience, not exclusively sales
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A professional approach with a focus on customer service
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage competing priorities and stay organised
• Initiative, resilience, and a genuine desire to build a long‑term career in real estate
• A current driver’s licence
• Cert IV in Real Estate
