About the Opportunity
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, we are seeking an Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager to join our Brisbane team.

As an Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager, you will:
- Support the successful delivery of projects from planning through to completion.
- Assist with consultant engagement, procurement and contractor appointments.
- Coordinate project activities, monitor progress and support project reporting.
- Assist with contract administration and construction phase management.
- Prepare reports, project documentation, briefs and presentations for clients and senior stakeholders.
- Support project planning, budgeting, programming and risk management activities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors while contributing to successful project outcomes.
About You
You are a motivated and proactive project professional looking to continue developing your career within a client-side consultancy environment.
You'll bring:
- Experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager within a consultancy, client-side, contractor or construction environment.
- Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- An understanding of project management principles, procurement and contract administration.
- A collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
Experience across sectors such as Aviation, Transport, Property, Health, Education, Energy or Water will be highly regarded, however we welcome applicants from a broad range of construction and infrastructure backgrounds.
