As Associate Director, Future of Work Strategies, you’ll work at the forefront of innovation identifying emerging trends, designing strategic responses, and driving system wide impact. What you will be doing
- Lead and deliver strategic workforce policy and projects, ensuring high quality outcomes aligned to government priorities.
- Conduct research and horizon scanning to identify emerging workforce trends and inform future planning.
- Provide expert advice and briefings to senior executives on complex workforce issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across government and the health sector.
- Manage and support a small team to deliver projects, policy development, and evaluation activities.
About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- Strong knowledge of workforce policy, legislation, and issues impacting the health sector.
- Proven ability to think strategically, analyse complex problems, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Experience developing, analysing, and evaluating policy or complex projects in a multi‑disciplinary environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare high‑quality reports and influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including managing people, projects, and competing priorities.
