Pros
A pro-companionship environment that is encouraged by the site leadership team. Great benefits, good salary for location, and excellent management.
Cons
Corporate companies are more specialized, so you do not necessarily have an opportunity to bond consistently with co-workers. Previous jobs I have had have smaller teams which allows time for bonding which is not the case here.
