I have been working at Appster (Less than a year)

    Pros

Just 3 months in and I know moving from Sydney to be a part of this company was the best choice I could have made!

To put it simply, Appster sets the standard in the industry and while the bar may be exceptionally high, I truly believe if we are not challenged we will never grow. (challenge yourself and your status quo!)

I have spent the better half of my career looking for a business with such a great culture, since day one the business has been very welcoming and even to this day I feel more at home with every passing day.

MY THREE KEY ELEMENTS TO A GREAT BUSINESS.

CULTURE - Appster fosters growth, plain and simple, we work damn hard but if the goal was always to learn more, why would anyone ever complain? coming from corporate background working at Appster has been refreshing, much less drama and more getting it done like a pro!

MENTORS - Personally this was the primary reason I joined Appster, having met with the team and knowing each person is an industry leader, I couldn't think of any other business I would want to be a part of ( there's a saying, we who we spend our most time with) I believe if you want to get somewhere you have never been, go with people who have been!!!

GROWTH - Possibilities are endless, with Appster continually growing internationally and executing on its goal of becoming the idea hub of the world, its not if you will get there, its when!

Also free coffee, fresh fruit and Appster catch up Friday's all add up to keeping the team united on our vision!

    Cons

If you're looking to be a bludger or an easy just turn up for work kinda job, think again or better still find a government job!

    Advice to Management

Keep growing this business with full steam ahead!

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Appster (Gurgaon, Haryana (India)) in September 2016.

    Interview

It was smooth, interviews were on time. The panel was highly qualified and maintained a good pool of question. Thumbs for the recruitment process. Over all a good experience of the interview rounds.

2 technical followed by a CEO Discussion and 1 HR round was carried out.
