Mission: Our mission is to enhance life's journey by creating extraordinary travel experiences.
I have been working at Collette full-time (More than 5 years)
Collette's culture is the best I've ever experienced! Everyone is friendly, willing to go the extra mile, and is really invested in its employees. It's difficult to feel included among 600 employees, but Collette really works to get to know each employee as a person rather than a number. I feel encouraged on most days. The benefits are outstanding-- when it comes to the total package (pay, health benefits, and time off) they take care of employees.
Like most businesses, company direction can change as a result of the numbers, which means being nimble and needing to adapt quickly.
I applied online. I interviewed at Collette.
I was contacted by a recruiter from Collette regarding my application for this position. The recruiter invited me to a phone interview. 30 minutes before the phone interview, the recruiter emailed me to cancel the interview due to scheduling issue. The recruiter said that he would follow up the next day to set another date for the interview, but never emailed me. I contacted the recruiter on 3 separate occasions (each about a week apart) in order to try to set up a new date, but he never responded to any of my emails. It has now been about a month and I haven't heard so much as an apology or any type of reply. I had heard so many good things about this company and I was really excited, but this type of treatment is unacceptable. At the very least, after reaching out, the recruiter could have told me they were taking things in a different direction or they were no longer interested. I am very disappointed in Collette and their HR staff.
It was perfect baseball weather on Wednesday night as employees celebrated Collette's centennial while cheering on the #PawSox. While there were so many fun moments, our favorite was seeing our CEO Dan Sullivan throw out the first pitch! A special thanks to the @pawsox for a fantastic evening. #wearecollette #collette100
On Thursday, May 17th, our President and CEO, Dan Sullivan, Jr., and his wife Kathy were awarded the 2018 Lyman B. Goff Founder's Award for their dedication and support for the Boys & Girls Club of Pawtucket, RI.
The entire Collette team is very proud of them for providing so many opportunities to the youth in our local community. #WeAreCollette #ColletteCares
