Mission: Empower marketers to delight customers and drive real business outcomes through personalized communication at scale, leveraging all touchpoints, data, and outcomes with ease of use and transparency.
I have been working at MediaMath full-time
Can learn a lot very quickly
Toxic work environment - extremely political and can't trust anyone
Lack of progression
Lack of leadership direction and very bad management
A complete lack of culture and team work
Advice to Management
Take care of your employees and try to encourage more team-work
Was contacted by a London based HR employee. Scheduling w her was difficult to say the least as she'd reply w/her availability multiple days later.
The 1st Rd was easy; standard first round questions, salary range, next role you're seeking, talking about your experience, etc.
Scheduling and communication regarding the next round was a very disappointing experience to say the least and ultimately the reason I was turned off from proceeding further. Scheduling questions should be answered promptly, especially if the candidate? is being extremely when their timetable.,
