I worked at Progressive Leasing full-time

    Pros

    - Great Company
    - Great Culture
    - Great Benefits
    - Fast Growing

    Cons

    -No work life balance
    - Management is treats you as if you’re unhuman at times and very dispensable. Despite being a top performer and going above and beyond. The organization does not seem to value strong reliable employees at times when it is in correlation to new expansion possible / merger goals.
-Flat promotional opportunities most opportunities are in the Head Quarter locations.

    Advice to Management

Not to allow the growth of the company to make employees to feel like simply a number and under valued. Also cultivate wise approaches that are in favor for the employees and the companies direction verses dictatorship approach which has been recently adopted. I believe Progressive Leasing is a great company, but how the staff is treated goes a long way and will eventually impact overall morale.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Progressive Leasing (Salt Lake City, UT (US)) in September 2017.

    Interview

I was asked to come in and met with two people, one after the other. Questions were pretty routine: Why am I looking? What are my strengths and weaknesses? What programs/software am I familiar with? Then a third person was brought in, the controller. This was unexpected so I thought that maybe this meant I was making an impression. Nope. Just trying to be efficient (which I admire).
