We are a leading provider of IT infrastructure to the corporate and public sectors. We help customers use technology to solve their business challenges, by putting our employees first. We believe the latter drives the former.
In FY2023, we had another record year for Softcat with double-digit gross profit growth, and a growing headcount of over 2,300. We operate globally across 10 offices in the UK and in Ireland, Netherlands, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and USA. We’ve won multiple awards over the last few years and in 2023 we were pleased to be recognised by Great Places to Work as 1st in the UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech and 6th in the UK’s Best Workplace for Women. Our ranking as number 11 for Glassdoor’s Best Place to Work award in 2023 is based entirely on the feedback of our employees and reflects the belief our employees have in our vision and commitment to fostering a workplace that is big on culture. In 2023 we had 70 apprentices join the business and we are a top 10 Apprentice Employer in the UK, with 71% being offered a permanent role on completion. We also launched our new internship and work experience programme in 2023, which saw 11 new faces being recruited at Softcat.
