I have been working at Unitywater full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great people with a desire to deliver the best quality outcomes for the community. A real focus on sustainability, which is refreshing and aligns nicely with personal values. The company is going through a cultural transition and as it continues to evolve this provides some challenges but also great opportunities. Flexible work options and opportunity to work on the Sunshine Coast

    Cons

Maturing and changing a number of its processes across the business and this can cause some friction at times, but ultimately the majority of staff are friendly and willing to help

    Advice to Management

"let go" of some of the old school thinking and empower people to make decisions. Not everything needs so many layers of approval.

    Interview

I submitted a resume and cover letter online. I later did an online one way interview (i.e recording answers to questions with my laptop online). After this I had a phone call and arranged an in person interview. The interview was me and three Unitywater staff. After the interview I had a phone call to say I was successful (a few days/weeks later)
