- Poor room for advancement. - Massive tech debt, which weighs heavily on our team. - Sell first, build later sales mentality. - Cheap, not frugal.

The collection of team members is dedicated and knowledgeable. This start-up environment allows for a lot of creativity and avenues to make changes and feel a real sense of contribution. The product is good and appreciated by the clients.

Cons

Maintaining a healthy work-life balance can be challenging and is left mostly up to the discretion of the employees. There is always more work to be done and all of the teams are pretty lean.
