      Flexible remote working. Life work balance is good

      Cons

      Pay on lower side. Management doesn't listen to understand. They just listen to say they listen. If enjoy being gaslight, cannot go wrong working at company. Management does not have good understand of motivation for employees. Blame always employee

      I'm sincerely sorry that you felt that your time at 2toLead did not result in a positive experience. We have always thought that no company, team, or person is perfect, but the intent has always been to be better today then we were yesterday. Your feedback has not been dismissed, and we are increasing our effort to improve both our onboarding experience, ensuring everyone is empowered to be successful in projects by getting out of the way in our small team.
