Pros
Decent salary, great colleagues, supporting environment
Cons
Lot of workload, micro management, no career growth.
Pros
None that outweigh the long-term damage this environment can cause to morale and professional growth.
Cons
Toxic leadership: The founder/lead, Kanwal Kripple, regularly speaks in a demeaning, condescending tone. Feedback is rarely constructive and often delivered with the intention to belittle. Manipulative environment: Communication is unclear, and the culture runs on fear, gaslighting, and control rather than support or collaboration. Hostile to women: Extremely poor gender ratio (~3 women in 20+ employees). Women are hired more as token representation than as valued professionals. Many are let go quickly and without valid reason. No recognition for good work: Even high-quality work, approved by team leads, was dismissed as “a waste of time and resources.” This was said to me directly about work that had already been validated. Sudden termination: I was let go without any prior conversation or warning-just told one day to log out of all systems and not return. No explanation, no courtesy. No psychological safety: Criticism is constant, support is non-existent, and leadership fosters self-doubt rather than growth.
Pros
- Lots of opportunities for professional growth. - Great culture and work-life balance. - Generous vacation, paid training days and health & wellness initiatives. - Incredible flexibility when personal life gets tough. - Management is very approachable. - Great communication and transparency overall. - Everyone's ideas are valued and respected.
Cons
- Room for improvement with internal standards and processes. They exist, but not always well documented. This is more for operations. HR, admin and payroll processes are well defined and documented. - Smaller company so sometimes you wear more hats. Not always a bad thing since you always have support and get to challenge yourself.
